These terms explain the limits of the data and analysis provided by Club Finance Explorer. They are intended to make uncertainty explicit, not hide it.

Nothing in the product is financial, investment, legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, betting or other professional advice. You should obtain appropriate professional advice and verify primary source material before making decisions based on information shown here.
Data may be drawn from statutory accounts, club and league publications, regulator documents, sponsor or partner announcements, reputable media and business reporting, and other public sources. Some historical points, deal values, player costs or analytical inputs may be estimates, modelled values, derived calculations or third-party reported figures. Evidence labels are intended to distinguish these categories where practical.
Reasonable care is taken when compiling the product, but no representation or warranty is made that every figure, classification, source, calculation or interpretation is complete, current or error-free. Source documents can contain errors, change after publication, be restated, use different accounting periods or definitions, or omit information. Third-party information can also be inaccurate or later corrected. Users should check the original source before relying on any figure.
Estimated, modelled or derived values are analytical aids, not statements of fact. They may depend on assumptions that differ from a club's internal records or an official regulator's methodology. Where a value is undisclosed, the product may show a labelled estimate, range, proxy or no value rather than claiming knowledge of a confidential amount.
Premier League, UEFA and other regulatory analysis is explanatory and based on public information. Public accounts generally do not expose every adjustment, definition, monitoring period or private input used by governing bodies. Ratios, thresholds, headroom figures, scenarios and compliance indicators shown in the product are therefore illustrative only and do not determine whether any club complies with or breaches a rule. Only the relevant governing body can make an official determination.
Club Finance Explorer is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or an official product of the Premier League, UEFA, any football club, governing body, broadcaster, sponsor or data publisher unless expressly stated. Club names, competition names and other third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary.
Features, datasets, estimates, evidence classifications and historical values may be corrected, updated, removed or reclassified without notice as better information becomes available. Access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, third-party outages or technical faults.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Club Finance Explorer is not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, estimated or unavailable information, or from decisions made using the product. This includes loss arising from third-party source errors, analytical assumptions, service interruption or a user's interpretation of the information.
This limitation does not exclude, restrict or modify any guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
By using the product, you acknowledge that football-finance information is complex and can require judgement. You remain responsible for checking material facts, understanding the evidence label attached to a value, and deciding whether the information is suitable for your intended use.
Paid subscriptions are not currently enabled for real-money use while business and payment verification is being completed. Before live paid subscriptions are enabled, these terms will be updated with the operator's final business details, subscription terms, cancellation information and any other legally required disclosures.
